30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Just make sure the item is unused/unworn, sealed, with tags attached, and keep your receipt/ proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return address. DO NOT install the items if unsatisfied. EX. Not accepting the hubcaps with foam tapes attached as the resale value was affected. Return the item with its original packaging. I asked that my order be changed to the rose gold set. I was told “no worries, it’s in stock and I’ll get that changed and you’ll get the color you want.” When I reached back out to check the order status after the package still wasn’t showing as sent two weeks after the estimated delivery date, I was told they DID NOT send the ones I asked for, that I was ensured I would get. In fact they weren’t even in stock. After 3-4 emails about my dissatisfaction I was told I could return them, on my dime to China, for a refund or accept a 20% discount. Either way I’m out money for their mistake.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion and the inconvenience caused by this situation. This was our mistake, and we fully understand your frustration.

I have never received the hubcaps I ordered over a month ago and reaching out to customer service is a nightmare the phone number on site never answers and goes straight to a generic voicemail and communication with emails just says its arrived at US port and on its way. This is a scam buyers beware avoid using them.
