The Tesla glass roof on the Model 3 or Model Y is not tinted; it is made of smoked glass. In the summer, a massive amount of sunlight and heat will pass through, heating up your Tesla cabin. While there is some UV resistance, the protection against infrared radiation is limited.
Our custom-designed sunshade for the Model 3 and Model Y ensures no sagging and requires no magnets. It features a reflective fabric that provides great sunlight and heat block out, reducing heat gain by up to 90%. This helps maintain a cool cabin, reduces the need for A/C, and prevents battery drain, ultimately improving mileage per charge.
